Den
Forced to train 2 of the most useless skills in entire game (smithing and thieving) as a throw-on requirement just to make the quest seem high leveled. Forced would be if you logged on and Jagex told you "You are required to get these quest requirements before you can do ANYTHING ELSE." Also, these requirements are hardly high leveled. More like Mid level at best. ........::::: Rainy's YouTube Channel - Rainy's Twitter - Rainy's Facebook - Rainy's DeviantArt - Rainy's Tumblr - Rainy's Tip.It Profile :::::......... Helm_Lardar
5k xp is fine, considering you can do it at 50 dungeoneering. I heard somewhere that you can bind more runes/ammo-is that true? Anyway, to all the people raging over an extra bind that was never mentioned by Jagex as a reward for this quest: I'm not an efficienado.

More like Mid level at best. *places them at low level* Its not even a fifth of the exp for 99, its closer to 13%... Especially since they both have two of the best exp rates for leveling, 200k+ for theiving and same for smithing, which can also be done with magic if you're superheating. If not, I request bruno to find a glitch that will make this quest the best quest ever. I want that guy as my pet. Also, I know those aren't high levels, JaGeX thinks level 70 is though. I just mean that having them thrown on as requirements is a stupid way to make quests 'high' leveled and to 'give a reason' to train those skills since there is no other reason. Tact
I enjoyed my exploding house. New dungeon monsters are always aggressive, and it's multicombat. The general malpractitioner also uses an inject move on the crabs from time to time. The effect is unknown.

It's a special instance of your house, not your actual house. You access it via the "clock work syringe" option on house portal rather than enter house, as such no guests or anything. HunterDexter
One of the best quests in the past months, loads of puns and jokes, just too many to name them all! And all new graphics and utilities (seagullbombing, sailing, being a half robot-half zombie, smashing your house,...). Really had one of the best RS moments in a long time. :D
Naraku893
As expected with Jagex, a fail quest with noob requirements and a useless reward.
Tsar
Loved the quest, loved the dialogue, and I laughed the entire time that end naval battle took place. Toot Toot! :-D Oh and this was the cherry on the cake. The dungeon certainly isn't one of those places where you can chill and relax. I'll go back for another one tomorrow or soon after. Sylpheed
So bored of all the Jagex trolls in this thread, just take your cynicism somewhere where I don't have to read that crap. OT: Quest was pretty awesome, first quest in a while that has actually been of a decent length and content, and not just been "go here, fetch this, come back." DarkDude
Finished the quest. While the quest was good and made me laugh quite a bit the controls on the different parts of the quest were terrible. The Seagull was hard to control, with pressing the button to get it to fly in that direction, wasn't very responsive but got used to it after a while.Barrelchest part was annoying too, being two squares wide made controlling it difficult, there were a number of times when trying to get through a door where I got stuck, tried to move to the side and just ended up walking backwards instead. On top of that it felt too slow which I guess is to be expect. The Zomboats was again unresponsive, clicking shoot didn't seem to work half the time and the movement speed of the boats annoyed me again. Click once to shoot, miss then the other boat you're chasing is too far ahead to catch so got to get lucky on cutting it off. They had good ideas, just the controls let them down an awful lot. Quyneax
^Story of Jagex, they got the same trouble with MA really, and the lever puzzle in EW3. I thought the quest lacked epicness. No difficult puzzles or bosses. I killed Barrelchest in 6 hits, then some random stuff in the dungeon, but that's all really. Not a single challenging piece.
