No, that amulet affects your defnence, nothing else. However, a lot of amulets looks exactly the same. It could be an amulet that looks like a gnome one but in fact isn't. The the bar recharges but if you unwield your weapon and attach another it still recharges. I don't think it's a bug, could you explain it further? :-k There is really no explaining to do. The magic shortbow's special uses 6/10 of the special bar, leaving 4/10 left, meaning the bow would have to recharge two before it could shoot a special again. It has to be bug abuse. not to b rude but...WRONG!i always use a msb and its 55% because sometimes i can use my special with 5 bars sometimes they make me wit till 6. I shall take my flock underneath my own wing, and kick them right the [bleep] out of the tree. Spec on something outside a duel and go in so that it will recharge within 5 seconds. People did that with the old specs to get 3 specs in a duel.
