Triquos Posted July 31, 2007 Share Posted July 31, 2007 most memorable updates for me would be: the release of slayer and hunting, rs2, pest control, ancient magicks, abyssal whips, d axe from dagannoth kings, everyone wanted an axe XD then there was all this speculation whether they were actually better then they dropped to 1.5m then they changed it so it was better so they shot up to 3m.. funny XD i think the most memorable one though is pest control, and also the day it was nerfed. they shoulda just made the exp low in the first place so people wouldn't be ranting today =p o wellz ^_^ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Castle wars i was coal trucking and got bored so pmed a mate and tried it out. I still love it When construction came out it instantly became my favorite skill. I wouldn't stop until I ran out of money. When slayer came out, whips were not around for months, since no one could kill abyssal demons. So, you are WRONG. When people could get abyssal whips, they were WAY MORE than 20m, get you information straight. First whips were sold for nearly 100M each, and later on for less, but not 20M straight away. With so many posts you could expect smarter replays from your part, but for me, it looks the other way. I remember when they dropped scythes, a system message in black box would appear with some message, and then there were scythes on the ground. It was pretty hard to get them, so I went to karamja volcano to get one. I did, just not with this account. Autist was just a addy pure back then, didn't feel like getting one with him. My family was currently in Paris for a moth ( ) and I had to play on a 1999 Mac that we room we rented had. I think I was the few people that got in the barrows on my world, because I was somewhere at the front of the line. I didn't get anything, but I remember fighting Dharok with no prayer (No one knew about the Low-HP-More-Damage thing then). :lol: No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug. mirage Posted July 31, 2007 Share Posted July 31, 2007 I remember when the rune mysteries quest came out and runecrafting, I was so excited because I was f2p in rsc and we had gotten a new quest and skill, I had done all the free quests up to then. And I also remember rs2 coming out, but for some reason I wasnt as excited about that. Current goal: Getting enough prayer pots to finish my last four quests. Come to the dark side.
