The Drop Parties hosted by various FanSites. I remember back in the day before RS2 came out RSC had great drop parties, not like all these fake ones you see today. They were actually real, and the ones by RuneHQ and RuneVillage attracted a lot of guests. But the rewards were huge. I remember I would go crazy over a dragon med, a dragon shield or even just a dragon axe being announced at a drop party! Some of the big ones dropped Santa Hats and Party hats, worth a good amount back then. I sure miss those times.

Lol? Dragon axe in RSC? :shame:

My earlest RS memory would have to be trying to figure out how to get MILK. I mean, back then there were no 'Dairy Cows'... You just used a bucket on normal cows. I don't even know why, but it took my friend and I WEEKS to finish Chef's Assistant, becuase we couldn't get MILK. :wall:

I remember going to my first drop party as a member (I was level 59) and getting a trimmed rune helm. It was one of the most satisfying feelings, getting my first free item that was actually worth something.

My best memory ever was just a few weeks ago (long), I was walking out from the mage bank in my best godspell/dds gear hoping to do some pking, when I see these three level 120 somethings (all skulled) running towards me. I head for the logout button, only to see one start attacking one of the others. the other two turn around and start attacking back, after about 2 min, the first one is dead. Now the lower health one starts running towards me, but the other one snares him. After another vicious battle one comes out on top, barely. I start godspelling him, after about 1 min, he runs out of food and pots, and prayer (remember he just killed two other people his level on one inv) I managed to kill him!!! The loot was incredible!!

-two whips

-two mystic/splitbark combos

-one ahrim top and bottom

-dds

-almost 1300 bloods

-a bunch of other runes

-3 farseer helms

-two mystic lavas

-one mystic mud

-obs shield

My first day playing, a level 40 helped me begin my way when I came fresh off Tutorial Island. He took me to Al Kharid and told me to buy a Bronze Scimitar, and then told me to kill some Men. Then he gave me an Iron Platebody and Studded Chaps. He had to go then and I have never seen him since, but he's the one who did help me start me off.

Expecting a good life because you're a good person is like expecting a bull not to charge because you're a vegetarian.

I remember opening the world map, little did i know that my scree nwas pointing south (didn't know about rotating it, must have bumped the arrow key accidentally) and i saw lumbridge was southward. I walked southward (which was down) but infact i was walking north. I got lost obviously.

Fishing as much herring and sardine, cause you could sell them for 20-50 each and you could buy full iron after a while. 8-)

1click fly fishing in RSC. Me and a mate would just click on lure fish for days without using the left mouse button, and fish spots that went away everytime.

Good old days 8-)

pking an r2h in runescape classic. in full steel.

Later on when i was lvl 10 me and my cuz went to kill some monsters so we went to the white knights. The white knight killed my cuz and i.

When i was trapped in draynor manor..after i got out for the first time i went back in to collect bronze med helmets. That was how i made my money.. :)

When I came out from tutorial I went to kill goblins. I died, and created another character. I died again, and created Uular.

Memories from Uular would be to meet that cool lv 19 in full black, who actually got me started in woodcutting. My nolifing started that night, I found myself at like 2AM playing, although with 40 wc and my own black plate 8-)

I remember getting my first Gmaul and quickly losing IT+120k Cash. That was a lot to me then. I lost it to the "Party Hat Spawn" Upstairs in Range guild

sigh.... Ah, cooking those first trout in lumbridge. I was like "Wow, ha ha! I'm like level 15, better than zezima!" Then I checked the scores, and I was sad. But to let you know, I'm still cooking trout to this day (66 cooking) because power fishing in shilo rocks!

I remember a day where all the noobs were low levels; tis a bleak place nowadays.

The self-proclaimed king of bronze.

I remember the good old days in 2001 when everyone supported one another and people were so much friendlier. Now adays it's hard to get a helping hand who or where ever you are...I don't really know why I quit RS in late 2001 but in 2005 I came back and started my current main account.

Some of my fondest memories include: :D

Realizing Party Hats were now worth Millions...#-o

Training on muggers and suddenly being taken to a mysterious mime stage by and equally mysterious old man...(I was lvl 5  )

And suddenly appearing in lumbridge after being confronted by a horrible flying swarm of who knows what... :ohnoes:

Happy to find I'm not the only one who eats glass.

I remember training on goblins, not knowing how to train str and def properly, I had like 10attack, 3 str and 2 def.
At one point I had 20 attack and 1 str, 1 def. Kinda like a screwed up pure. :-w
mssigqc5.jpgI do English to Japanese and Japanese to English translation for free! Just keep it under 5 sentences, and PM me to use my fluency in Japanese to your advantage!

I remember not knowing the wilderness was the only place to get killed by players, so I'd hide where the cannons are in Lumby Castle, and I'd occasionally venture forth to run to the bank in alkarid for some odd reason... then getting my full steel at lvl 6 cas of my frend and thinking I was invincible...they made me feel so wrong...those stupid goblins *breaks down sobbing*
