I care more about potentially losing the GE in this game that I do not play than free trade/wilderness. Also, this vote seems blatantly obviously constructed to allow Jagex to do whatever they actually want to do. I seriously doubt that it is even possible for the majority of registered accounts to vote, and a lot of people are lazy, and even if it does get an asston of votes, they could just say that there aren't enough.

When I slay with my titan I usually attack several spawns at once, slow spawn uncrowded worlds are ebst obviously(talking dusties/mages), and just let the scrolls automatically fire off. For mages use the three by the Kril door and just let your character autokill them, I guess the iron meleeing may waste a bit of time though... Also consider the amount of time before/if you will get 99, because any spare iron scrolls will be basically useless then.

Most of your damage at arma(trio+) comes from Kree's magic attacks which max at....25? I believe, so the shield should soak a bit. The mage/melee minis max at 20 though as far as I know.

So are hastas not halved? Maybe in a decade or so when Jagex runs out of things to dragonify we will have dragon hastas.

Also forgot to mention that you might want to bring a melee crush weapon(I used sgs for the prayer) to finish off the stragglers that sometimes pop up. This WILL slow you down to varying degrees, but you will get more charms out of your runes.

Do you really get confirmation for every drop? That sounds extremely tedious for bosses.

If you insist on using FOG robes get battle robes, I was unfortunate enough to get 99 before all the magic and rune updates so I'm not sure on current rates, but back in yonder days the 7 lob spot got about 320ish crimsons per 1k casts in ahrims/ancient staff. Of course you have increased damage and rune saving now so increase those a bit, also double whatever number of crimsons he will need because you will be getting roughly half of them. And yes, the charm sharing is affected by each of your lsp. If you're worried about having uneven lsp, I would suggest you both try a trip to DKs on CS or LS, the hides and bones/tallies even out lsp relatively quickly.

I second this. Other than possibly slayer, all of those skills will eventually rise for you at some point(yes I can see the future), and if you don't use it on prayer, you will have wasted money.

That's completely false. Karils has the best magic defense for meleeing(arma if you're ranging). For example if you prefer tanking at spectres with ss/pony/what have you karils will be your best bet. I am sure that there are others but I honestly can't remember any other magical slayer monsters anymore.

For melee, veracs or neitznot are usually best(haven't played in a while though honestly). If you're taking a lot of damage use veracs, if not neitznot is better offensively. If you're interested in killing the corp beast I believe figther hats have the highest stab, not sure on that... Also, if any helms have been released in the last few months I know nothing whatsoever about them.

Or they could just ban the accounts and be done with it. I don't see how taking an easier stance toward botting when mroe people were risking their main accounts/having the old punishment become more threatening without actually changing anything was a bad idea. I also don't believe that that sentence was structured properly.

Tbh I outkilled few maxed melee, with turmoils, extremes, CLS and DFS (yeah .. I know .. It's not the same .. but) without using ANY potions and prayer. And by outkilled I mean for every 3 dragons they kill .. I killed 5. But considering my experience with this sort of stuff I suppose it was mere luck. Yes, it was pure luck.

This is right. Earlier offers just have a higher chance of being filled. ALWAYS use extra slots if you can, because from what I have seen, the GE treats each offer as if it was from a different person(until you hit ther 4 hour limit), so the more boxes you have, the more likely you are to get whatever you want. EDIT: Multiples in one box have significantly lower chances compared to the same numebr of total offers in separate boxes from what I've seen.

I never cared for pvp so that is irrelevant...but if this negatively affects relatively free ge money, then I shall vote NAY! If I ever play again and just stop reading updates for no particular reason that is...

That line of thinking would hurt mroe than it helped if it was widely accepted. Like it or not, greed fuels innovation. In fact, the potential wealth/fame to be gained by discovering something first generates competition which I assume has greatly expedited some major discoveries that I will not take the time to personally list.

How can it be proven in court that someone had knowledge of something? Is internet history the only way? I feel like even if you had proof that soemone visited a page, they could claim not to have read anything on the page, and what evidence can you provide to prove otherwise? Not meaning to sound assholish or anything I am genuinely interested.

Well, not to be an [wagon], but I am somewhere between above average and good in just about every aspect of life and am relatively arrogant because of that. In RS, at one point I sucked, and at that time I felt slightly bad, but now I'm above average in-game too. So no, Rs has never increased my self-esteem, but it did slightly decrease it for a period of time. EDIT: Is there a list of all of the Tip.It filters somewhere? Some of them are really interesting.

Does anyone else think that Jagex has a pathetically horrible sense of taste regarding the featured picture? I think that the barrows sisters or the red dragon would be much better choices.

Masks turning around? Well that's nice...wonder how much I lost total being too lazy to get rid of 3 reds and a blue from before the summer... It must feel fantastic to have traded a phat for d masks right now =D>
