It seems like it would make you lag a lot more than you would want while risking millions (I know it would make me lag like crazy, probably to bad to even have a chance at winning). 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving.
