This is me encouraging you to listen to the quote above. Caring about what other people think, do, and/or say can easily frustrate you, especially when it comes to bragging (ie. showing off their wealth, them telling you how much they think they are better than you, etc.)

Being wealthy has its advantages. Being able to train any skill anytime, the best armor, ect ect no need to go on.

 

 

 

But what happens when people think that you think your better than everyone just because of what you wear and not how you act. Personally I object to this. It happens to me so often. At pits, Im the 1st to die because I am wearing my 3rd age and armadyl gs. When I walk around with nothing but my Pray cape on during a farming run, I get followed and scrutinized. Now I will tell you I made alot of my money staking and I am proud of it. But almost all the time I get the comments such as, Nice Credit Card, and so on.

I have had level 126's accuse me of buying my $ and im not even gonna mention how many others. Hell, even some people on these boards have commented that I should stop buying gold and ruining this game.

recently i purchased my 1st set of full dragon. however, at castlewars last night i was accused multiple times of rwt, and not just by the same person. I guess when you are a lower lvl 82 wearing dragon that means you cheated somehow. people dont understand how to play the market i guess. when i achieved 40 fish, all i ever did after that was fish lobs until i was lvl 63 fishing. i sold those, than used the resulting cash to merch armours. when i had over 10 mil for the 1st time i was happy, but not stupid. so i waited for the ge. after a bit of price drops, i bought my dragon, and as such i now have less then 10k to my name, but a great set of armour. heck, the best ammy i have is a power. Now i never wear my full d except when fighting, because im sick of all the insults such as 'steal ur mommy c card noob?' Yes i like my full d, and no i never have rwt. i feel the pain of those that have worked their way towards a goal and have seen the same things as i have. ah well this post is getting long, i better be quiet now.

I have just once been acuessed for RWT. That was when I accidentelly typed in 10M instead of 1M when I was going to buy some coal ores from a pretty low level player in Falador. I quickly changed the amount to 1M, but the other player quitted the trade. I asked him why he did so, and he told me that none could have 10M without he or she had cheated in some way. I said that I had earnt my money by merchanting, but he just shouted out "Real world trader!!!" and logged off.

~I get the spammy messages a lot. However, seeing as i am not a rwt-er, they mean nothing. 75% of these messages come on the Forums, so you can just report them, seeing as they have no evidence to back up their claims.~

As others have said, I only get complimented for having expensive items. In regards to phats, it isn't "Nice credit card", it's "can I wear please?".

as for getting piled in pits, just wear torags. It's cheaper, better def, and the armour of the semi-poor :D

it happens to me all the time when im using my armadyl gs and bandos armor, then switch to armadyl armor when im getting maged. Its jealous noobs that dont want to admit that they're jealous. Best thing to do is ignore them
