This suggestion is definitely an uphill battle as Jagex has already settled their mind on this topic.But maybe if you could get a massive number of players in support of this, you might stand a chance of changing their minds. One time i was f2p I had my quest cape and saradomin wouldn't buy for like 10m in the ge so I bought zamorak which didn't match my quest cape.
