I got in an argument with this kid because he was laughing at this girl and made her cry and he queer punched me in the chest and I punched him in the face and a teacher walked in and since all his friends were around I "randomly hit him" so im suspended for 3 days and hes clear free. I hate my school X_x

Because making a girl cry and a half-assed punch to the chest is totally worth a full punch to the face. Even if he did get in trouble he would just get a slap on the wrist and be told to "apologize" to the girl.

 

If he's stupid enough and mean enough to think that making fun of a girl to the point that she cried is fun, then to be honest it wouldn't have been a tragedy had he taken a trip to the wood chipper.

It was extremely rude for him to have made that girl cry, but your solution was kind of belligerent and retributive. A violent answer is only the solution when in defense against an unceasing threat. An ideal solution would have been to brush him off and then comfort the girl.

 

Well for me, I found out my ex-girlfriend cheated on me when we were going out with three people on the same day, one being a girl. I looked at my voicemail today and saw I had a voice message, when I looked at it it was a less than pleasant adult saying he is calling me for the second time while I'm in school at 11am [i called him five times the day before because he told me to call him]. I have a stupid honors society induction thing tonight. I have a lot of homework. And I want ice cream but I'm too cold to eat it, hahaha.

Don't worry about it, doing anything more than curling up and getting hit if someone attacks you gets a 5 day suspension. Which is dumb as hell because if someone tries to start punching me, I'm sure as hell going to punch them back if it has any chance of helping at all.

 

I did nothing today, in topic related news. Made a really [cabbage]ty omelette, and that's about it for stuff out of the ordinary. Not having school is nice though.

I never said he wasn't a bad person, just that no matter what you could do to him, he would never be sorry for what he did. What you can do to make the situation better though is help the girl try to fix what's wrong with her, like losing weight or fix an eating disorder, and if it's not something that's possible to be fixed, then she needs to get the hell over it because everyone is a critic and someone is always going to dislike the way you act or the way you look.

Feel lucky if you don't have to get a punishment by the city/state. A suspension is nothing like 55 hours of community service, $35 fine, and a suspension. :shame:

Not directed at you specifically, but here's a hypothetical.

 

A 17 year old guy is walking around, making mean comments and picking fights. He crosses the street looking for another victim, and gets hit by a bus. Lawl. Anyways, most people would say that he was just acting like a douchebag and probably didn't deserve to die. But should his death really be taken as such a sad event? The only thing that really came of it is that now the world is slightly better.

Edit: The punch to the face was self defense. Im not going to stand there and let him hit me. It wasnt a full force trying to knock him out punch, just a compulsive reaction.

I love Skullcandy. I just received a new pair of Full Metal Jackets in the mail. I broke my old pair because I wrapped them around my iPod, and I thought I had to pay for a new pair, which would have been the case so I was going to downgrade. Didn't come in the usual box, but I got a fancy wee case, and I still have the original box so it's all good :thumbup: :thumbup:

All and all good day. It was just a very long day though. I cant wait till im out of school ( little under 3 weeks :thumbup: )

My headphones are super ghetto. They have wires exposed in a bunch of places and tape holding them together. Not even really my fault, they're just really [cabbage]ty to begin with. The "casing" (I can't think of what it's actually called right now, the stuff around the wires) got brittle after like a month and now it snaps if it gets bent. They still work, but I think I'm going to buy new ones soon.

Today I worked out how I'm going to become a millionaire :thumbup:

 

After my apprenticeship I'm banking on being able to work in the mining/gas industry for the big bucks for

at least roughly 5 years (which I'm fairly confident on thanks to the huge mining and gas boom in Australia + my connections) to buy my first house, then I'm set.

The test went pretty well :D, a lot better than I expected. I think I aced it :thumbsup: !

By the definition of nationality, you're British. You have Indian origins, and belong to the Indian ethnic group, but your nationality still is British.

Yeah, by nationality you're British or English.

We had a big debate over this in modern studies class a few years back in highschool. When someone asks you what your nationality is, what do you say? Most of the folks in our class went with Scottish instead of British and a big debate ensued.
