I'm always jealous of the western part of my state (MI), they get so much snow because of the lake effect. But we still get a fair amount in the east. Range_This11 Posted November 20, 2008 Share Posted November 20, 2008 In St. Cloud, MN there is no snow on the ground. We had about 3" a week ago, but it's gone. It's just cold as hell and windy. Back in my hometown in Wisconsin I think they have minimal amounts, nothing significant yet, though. I've gone ice fishing since it's frozen to make sure. It usually starts snowing here around Halloween and the lake is usually frozen by this time as well.
