February 27, 201214 yr The lack of inefficient top player pics on this topic is disturbing. (It's been months since we have seen green!) I agree, you should atleast be turmoiling and in the chaos tunnels for them :P Anyway with the fletching thing I actually merch while fletching or I did. I usually go to the southwest part of the ge on world 2 and flip items between ge and people randomly selling there and in the downtime between sales I fletch. Might not be the most efficient method as occasional lag spikes happen when ~30 people walk through screaming drop party. But it makes fletching profitable and I can actually concentrate on profit margins a bit more to lessen the money making process to some degree. Bad part is of course the randoms but I keep tabs back to Varrock incase of gravedigger randoms and rest are a quick 990 runecrafting or agility experience. (and yes I'm joking about the comment on the picture above too, incase its read as a troll XD)

February 28, 201214 yr While I agree, armadyl for melee is not exactly a great choice, I have to laugh at two things. The first being a person with 2300 total and barely 300m xp making fun of Season. The second being making fun of a player who does not even aim to play "efficiently" in the first place. Being a high ranked player does not mean you must meet everyone elses standards of fun game play. I am not a skiller, but i do some skills.

There's a saying that goes "Do as I say, not as I do." Yes, I have that saying too, but therein lies a grain of truth. I mean, if the advice is good, does it matter who it comes from? If a smoker told you "Don't smoke, it's bad for you" do you decide to take up smoking in spite of that dirty cancerous hypocrite? No. You listen. But this case is more akin to the smoker saying "Try to cut back on the smoking, maybe like a pack a day at most." The cigarettes will still kill you, but at a slower rate. Much like slaying in better armor will still get you 200m xp, but at a slightly faster rate. The end result is much the same, but the pedantry is unbearable. Especially coming from a dirty, smoking, low leveled noob. Just let them slay how they want. Sure, the advice works, but what they lack in minute armor bonuses they make up for in sheer dedication. I think that's far more important. wait is that a chaotic maul? lol get goliath gloves [bleep]ing noob [spoiler=I LOVE MY STATION] 01001001001001110110110100100000010101000111011101100101011011000111011001100101001000000110000101101110011001000010000001110111011010000110000101110100001000000110100101110011001000000111010001101000011010010111001100111111

Pedantry is an excessive showing of your knowledge. Were you trying to say that intense efficiency is pedantic? Sorry, I'm not trying to be a critic here, but I didn't understand that part of your post.

February 28, 201214 yr I understand that people can play however they want, but look at it from my perspective. You have a goal to make $10,000 to buy a new car. One job pays $10 an hour and the other pays $20 an hour. The job that pays $20 an hour is only approximate 5-10% more work. But instead because you are lazy and can't be bothered to put in 10% more effort for double the rate you stay at your job. It takes you double the time to get there. Waterfiends with armadyl & yak in ancient cavern = 100 crim an hour (120 fiends an hour?) Waterfiends with steel titan in chaos tunnel with proper gear = 200+ crim an hour (250 fiends an hour?)
February 28, 201214 yr you are assuming Season goal, or any high level player for that matter, is to "buy a new car". I am not a skiller, but i do some skills.

Chaos tunnels should be 220 crims or so tops, not sure./sidetrack Season wants to kill ancient cavern fiends and train slayer, so what's the problem? It's the most efficient way to do both... February 29, 201214 yr I believe it was something about dominion tower being faster than the method he posted. (It wasn't actually him, he uploaded a vid of a friend.)And about the picture of Season, thats not even that bad, ancient cavern waterfiends are more relaxed than CT ones. How do you know she didn't just want to chill for a bit? Asmodean <3
