Codguy
"Acolyte Until'' "My anagram has four words. It starts with "I". " as given by mod mark h qfc: 133-134-677-60265438 Page 2&3 It's a real lamer anyways  On another note:[image] Hah. I can't tell you. Funny stuff there. Well, from looking at a couple posts from Mod Mark H, seems as if it's a teaser and we're not going to find out much until Jagex does something again. Flyingjj
I'm placing my bets on sea slug quest. After all, his anagram used the word "acolyte" which would theoretically come after proselyte. Plus all the people claiming different dialogs with witchaven people.
Obtaurian
I'm thinking a new quest on Monday for sure. Probably something to do with either Zaros or Lucien. To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.
Pinkbullet3
I heard it was felt in F2P too... But that doesn't mean F2P will get a new quest. ^ Blog.

kazumaishimaru
Its unlikely to be a part of any quest storyline as it would mean spoiling some quests for those who havent done the earlier quests. It is unlikely to be a GWD boss as getting into the GWD also requires several quests and also is not for everyone. The most likely explanation is the release of a new skill available to everyone. The red mist and levitation suggest the armored zombies under the wildy chaos temple which also coincides with the direction that the players seemed to be facing during the event. The first possible skill that comes to mind is :NECROMANCY. But that would be too similar to summoning and not as useful. Instead, what we could really get is a useful new skill : FLYING. You can now race across the sky instead of running on the ground. The fuel results in some reddish mist surrounding you and the ground shaking during liftoff but that's just for special effects. It gets better once you get used to it. 8-)It could be necromancy. If it is, it just may fill the roll of a creature to summon and attack while in 1-way combat. Why they wouldn't just let summon creatures do that....I have no clue. (oh wait...they're Jagex) (joking of course. =P) I am nice. . .
Zachneap
To be honest the mahjarrot storyline has an unfair advantage. Its been delved into many many times while the sea slug quest line... well we don't even know what the temple knights think of witchhaven... its classified. dragon246665
What if it was sort of like the second god wars, except this time the players would fight for the gods instead of monsters, I think that would be just awesome if it was sort of like a quest except the community as a whole decided the outcome. I personally think that runescape is in need of a kind of RvR system like WoW and warhammer have.

Shovelmeface
Looks like Zaros is returning. In the Ge pic, you can see silhouettes of mages with ancient staves. ALL HAIL ZAROS They are players in mid spin.... Some things that I found while looking at the pic. They are players already in mid spin. You can clearly see other being picked up. TTanT
[hide] I just checked this pic out in greater detail. Person on the left in green robes = guthix?person to the right of the person in green robes holding flowers = Romeo?Person to the right of "Romeo" weilding a Anti DragonshieldPerson to the right of the Dragon SHield Person = wearing void knight robes another person further in the background is appearing to hold ahrims staffthen I see hazelmere to the right of the ahrim staff person[/hide] For the sake of the gods, it's been said several times that those are PLAYERS who are halfway through the animation. Why would Guthix and Romeo pop up in the ge together? On the other hand, a guy in void robes, or a guy wielding flowers are both quite likely. EDIT: Well, this thread DOES move fast. The only difference between Hitler and the man next door who comes home and beats his kids every day is circumstance. The intent is the same-- to harm others.[hide=Tifers say the darndest things]I told her there was a secret method to doing it - and there is - but my once nimble and agile fingers were unable to perform because I was under the influence.I would laugh, not hate. Could it be all those who are supporting Zaros return are coming together and seeing as the dead are coming back like this it could have had that effect? But that wouldn't explain the green robed geezer and it can't be good ol' Guthiiiiiiiiiiix because didn't he shape the world, bash his head, cry and then curl up with his blanky for 40 winks? But many people have noticed them...... it's interesting...... And to all those people who say Necromancy would be bad - don't forget this is an f2p event too what with this teaser and when the new skills comes out :P so therefore necromancy could very possibly be something. Reacting impulsively and saying what's on your mind feels oh so good.. for a little, until you realize you just started WWIII.2672nd person to reach 2496 total. Thanks to Wicked for the awesome siggy :D

Might sound like an ar** with this but its annoying me. How many times do you have to say the same thing before it gets though to people. THEY ARE OTHER PLAYERS IN MID SPIN/ANIMATION. I saw this myself during the 'happening' as I was going through the Al'Kharid gate. They player I beat to get through (froze as you do if its opened before you get to it) rose into the air, faded out and in, and had a red spot under him. I rose into the air and faded out and in but there was no red spot. 99 Attack - Done
