rangeor
Jagex release BTS > People whine about it > People whine about people whining about it > People whine about people whining about people whining about it, and attempt to justify the original whiners. blakdragon39
Jagex isn't being very professional. At the end of the day, if you can't deliver what you say, you need to improve something. Regardless of what excuses you have, a company should run focused on results. Two delays is kind of inexcusable. They ARE delivering EXACTLY what they say. They never said: this month we PROMISE YOU GET ALL THIS YAY! Hence the disclaimer that is needed for people exactly like you. And two days is completely excusable! There are delays in industry ALL THE TIME, and two days is nothing. If you need new content all the freaking time, go play a game called LIFE. Updates EVERY DAY! You're still going to have to deal with broken promises though. So, tough. What are you talking about with this "two days" nonsense? sseli said two delays. And I agree that they shouldn't keep delaying like that. It's been much more than two days blak, it's been more like 2 weeks since the clue update was supposed to happen. Oh well though, I guess I'll just keep on doing whatever until it comes out, not like complaining is going to make it happen any faster. I just re-read his post, and my bad, I read "days" instead of "delays." But everything I said still stands. Two delays is still nothing.
Squisher_33
im just gonna guess that the top occult boss drops the primal battleaxe 1. im pretty sure prime drops the 2h2. since its top boss they prob made it drop some good melee weapon that lots of people want3. baxe can use all 3 melee rings which encourages players to use more than just berserker4. the things on each of his arms resemble the long blade of a battleaxe, with his arms acting as the handles5. he definately melees for his main attacks, otherwise the size, muscles, and sharp weapons he has are just for show...... so i cant see him dropping a mage or range item6. the next closest resembling item to what hes using would maybe be daggers on his wrists which is already dropped by a boss7. the other demon bosses drop a melee weapon....specificly a 1 handed melee weapon, riftsplitter drops rapier, pummler drops warhammer, im not actualy sure what bonechiller drops because i dont do him on large teams but i think he drops dagger8. from dagger to rapier to warhammer the weapons get slightly stonger and a bit slower, im guessing baxe just follows pattern since theres dagger (6) rapier (6) warhammer(5) and then baxe (5) and for damage dagger<rapier<hammer<baxe thats assuming hes the same class as the other 3 demons...but i think he is since 9. theres 1 class of demon boss on each floor so he would be the occult demon
D. V. Devnull
(Note to all: I skipped 7 pages of replies in dropping my post here quickly... I'll be back to check them later.) FINALLY! FINALLY! Jagex's people got their heads on straight and put a flaming disclaimer on the BTS in order to make people stop flaming them for ridiculous and untrue things! =D> Hmm... "Ability to gain 10 additional bank spaces"... Perhaps a hint for the Lumbridge Hard/Advanced Diary? I wonder... ~D. V. "Some things gone right, and some to look ahead for..." blakdragon39
Hmm I never read that it was an ability. That's kinda cool I guess. Wonder how we'll obtain that ability? I think someone already said those spaces will likely get taken up by clothing for TT clues. I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case.

Kalafai
If youre looking to spend your Dungeoneering tokens, Can I get a show of hands? I'm still saving up for a level 24 reward... and my level is now what, 56? So no, no one was looking to spend them. You'll have to be grandmaster to get all the decent rewards already, probably. swordwarior
Am I the only one thinking Tip.It is slowly but surely turning into a slightly more mature RSOF? The updates come when they are ready. If they're not ready, they're not ready. Is the concept REALLY that hard to understand? Do you even know [cabbage] about programming? The wording on the TT update was just changed to deal with [cabbage]kids like certain people in our midst, they're probably still going to release it this week. Onto the BTS, the void quest sounds good, I liked the last one. Dung update is also arriving a little sooner than expected, I like that they're not doing both at once. And finally, the minigame doesnt sound all that amazing, but I'll just have to wait and see I guess. Do i need to know anything about programming to know how stupid they are being to still be working on content the month it goes live? Seriously, take a month off, get so that their a month ahead, then when you say your going to release something its already done. No delays, no complaints, just a smooth running operation. They way they are currently doing this is very poor, and will continue to put themselfs in these situations. They had no problems taking out aspects of the game that was very well liked for the "better of everyone," despite the endless complaints, so take the time to get ahead of schedule for the "better of everyone." Great_one
you guys need to chill, the content team was done with their part, which is in retrospect a lot easier coding than the graphics team has. if the graphics team isnt ready because coding for lower quality computers is taking longer than expected there is nothing the content team can do but continue onto the text project. VonMedo
So... We had Dung Batch 1. Were promised Batch 2... Instead we'vegot Batch 1.5/1.75.... Good work there. I'd rather they split the updates up then waiting until they're all ready and releasing them at once.how many people actually plan to get much farther than level 93 anyways? I just think releasing the skill in so many parts is stunted.. People are already training over lvl 99! The skill was released and the max floor lvl was at 69... Fail much? People reached that in no time at all. And now we're getting up to 93.. Which would be ok for a "skill" if we didn't know this one went up to 120! And if they didn't release skill until all was done, you would be ranting about no new skill, they released a lot of things in batch 1,people are training it,200-300 people are no-lifing it,but vast majority or RS is in 60-70 dung, even less,I'm 62 dung and my rank is 36k,so this update will benefit everyone a lot. Just because 800 people trained it to 94 and are "out of update domain" doesn't mean that it's a bad update. Mamiću odlazi!
