I just went from 57-81 Thieving using Bandits and Menaphites! :D It turned out really well, did it in just a matter of days. I easily made 120K xp per hour and sometimes up to 140K xp per hour :D Great guide! Thanks for the tip =D>

Hmm, I think they will fall pretty soon, since a lot of people have been investing in Essence right now in hopes of it going up, and will probably sell sometime after Summoning, making the supply on the Grand Exchange very high. A little off topic: Why is there still Pure Essence when there are no autoers anymore? Can't they make it like it was before? Just normal Essence? :?

I think you may have made yourself believe that the quiting of RuneScape caused all your problems, and thus you're having problems :P Sort of like a placebo effect. But I dunno what could help you if that's the case, except for the fact that you have to realise that RuneScape isn't the issue. But if RuneScape is the issue, I guess you should start playing again, haha :D

Umm, I believe that because of that Yew Longbows will go down in price to the normal price in the long run. There are other ways of training Magic too, such as Cosmics in MTA, costs like 20M for 99 Magic there I believe, and it's fast xp, can get rather tedious though :P

Money doesn't buy friends, but I see your point. But I do my charity through helping people start good ways of making money that they find enjoyable.

That's a good idea, they should make a sticky for this. But in a week or so with the January update we won't really be able to use runners anymore... If I'm thinking of the same kind of runners as you are. Since we have to trade within 3k from each other :( Hope Jagex fixes that somehow so that we can use runners.

I'm seeing this as a new start for RuneScape, kinda like when RS2 came out. In the beginning it'll be really bad but Jagex are going to make good updates that fit the system, like those new PVP minigames coming out in 2008. Also Summoning is just around the corner, like 70 (I think they said that in one of the Dev. Diaries) new monsters to create that will fight for you :wink:

I feel ok actually, it's not the whole world. And besides, it stopped RWT and bots :D I also have faith in Jagex and think they will make a good job making the new minigames to make up for this update (or downdate).

Nice find! And to people saying the picture is an animal, it looks a lot like an island to me :P Doesn't have the textures of an animal in RuneScape. Sure, the shape might look like an animal, but we could make any island in RuneScape blurry then say it looks like an animal just because of the shape of it if we like. But I guess only time will say.

I don't have a definition for no-lifer, because I don't really care, their life is none of my business anyway. Sure, some think it's sad when people constantly play and give up schoolwork for a game, but it's their choice. I would only really intervene if I saw that it was really bad for the person or if I am close friends with the person.

The Grand Exchange! :thumbsup: And even though I don't like the PKing/Staking updates (or should I call them downdates?) I like Jagex for doing what they did. I believe that real world item trading is a bigger problem than most people think and that Jagex probably lost a lot of money off of real world item trading. Think of all the money involved in recovering stolen credit card money and such. Also even speaking to certain governments about this problem, must have been quite big. Sure, the real world item traders might move to another game, but at least it's not RuneScape, and maybe other gaming companies will follow Jagex and do the same kind of thing, without destroying the game too much. Jagex did a very brave (and many would say stupid) move. I believe in Jagex and hope that the minigames coming out next year will make up for PKing/Staking being removed :)
