September 11, 200718 yr Seems pretty fast, might be even better if my laptop were plugged in and closer to router. This ones in New York, way better ping.
September 11, 200718 yr Sydney, AU Canberra, AU Auckland, NZ Meh. I know I can get up to 20,000kb/s down and 1,500kb/s up : Wow thats pretty fast for Australia. I always hear tons of people complaining the fastest most people can get is 5,000kbs.
September 11, 200718 yr My connection plan is max(as fast as the lines allow)/128kb/s. I have interleaving turned off, which makes my ping much better for online games. Usually get 5 - 30 ping on NZ servers.
September 11, 200718 yr Yup, my upload speed is almost triple my download speed - quadruple even on some days. I pay ̢̢̮ââ¬Ã¡Ãâì15 a month for this connection, which I guess isn't bad for the speed I'm getting (no fair use policy either \).OMGWTFHAX :XD:You should see my ratio on some private torrent trackers... which I use to transfer... perfectly legal, non-copyright protected material... :-w My Tip.It Times Articles (10 and counting) || The Varrock Library Author Index projectDo you dare to dream? - Part 19 added. || The Hospital (WIP) - New story!Necromagus looks like a viking ... with glasses.
September 11, 200718 yr Wow, props to the dude with 17k download and 6k upload. Life is a joke. Yeah, I don't get it either.
September 11, 200718 yr Looking at your guys results, mine seems really fast, although it's not really fast at all, I lag a lot, but the download speed doesn't matter for me because I use a Downloading program so I download anything in 5-10 seconds :-w
September 11, 200718 yr I noticed although I probably have the crappest download to upload ratio, my ping is rather good at 31.
September 12, 200718 yr T1 A T1 line should be much faster than that. Are you sharing a connection between a lot of computers?
