I don't know too much about the game since I've only got to level 15 or so, but I did find it very boring. The only time I play is to play Nazi Zombies with my friends now.

Way more powerful than the helicopter as far as I'm concerned, since it basically takes 2 hits to kill you, you can't hide or ignore them, there's a ton of them, and the hit detection on them feels a little off. If they get in close quarters with you and you have a bolt-action rifle, you're essentially screwed.

 

 

 

P.P.S. I like using the bolt action guns, but they just don't seem fair. If you somehow hit their hands or arms, no kill for you. And since the time between shots takes forever, the guy you wounded will have turned, aimed, and jammed a wall of lead into your chest. The other thing that's a bugger is how if you dual a guy with a bolt-action rifle, and he hits you at all, and you fire when getting hit, the shot seems to miss 90% of the time, no matter where you aim.

Heart of the Reich, veteran, turret area after you destroy 2 turrets. I got myself to rush up to the mid building in the center, but my allies never move up with me. When I try to exit the building (like shown in some videos), I get swarmed with guys all around me. I've been in the same spot for total of 4 hours over the course of 2 days... Blah. This is the last level on veteran I need, too.

 

 

 

Any suggestions?

Tanks are ridicoulous on hardcore, on normal it takes almost a direct hit to kill someone so i'd say its fair, but on hardcore its stupid. Also dogs are 1 hit on hardcore which I think is pretty ridiculous too. Gun balance is crap as well, alright on MW the M16 dominated and skorpion was rubbish, but there was a reason to use most of the other guns. On waw I could literally just use the MP40.

 

 

 

Im giving this a rest until it's patched. Modern Warfare 2 had better make big improvements tbh.

I don't know about how many are on the map at a time, but dogs keep coming for a full minute.

So I normally do Search and Destroy, but I felt like doing a random game of Team Deathmatch, right?

 

While I see I get a big map, so I choose the premade Sniper class (too lazy to make my own sniper class :P ).

 

So I run around get killed etc etc, then I find this beautiful spot.

 

It's right behind some sandbags, and there is an open spot at the top level of a building.

 

People were like running in the area I could see like every 3 seconds. I was picking them off 1 by 1.

 

In the end I got a 13 kill streak (only reason I was killed was because of an Artillery) and got 250 XP for being MVP (Challenge)

 

 

 

 

 

This game is really fun, the new maps and such are a nice change from 4.

Got this game yesterday and went on it for a bit and then... Completed campaign?! ALREADY?

 

 

 

I was kinda dissappointed about how the Campaign was extremely small.

 

 

 

But xbox live is great yet the maps are kinda boring. D: And zombies is awesome multiplayer!

ok well im trying to complete the game on veteran now mostly for the trophies partly for the satisfaction

 

 

 

im stuck on 'Hard Landing', the last bit where you have to defend that base. ok well Roebuck tells me to get on that big gun (cant remember what its called Triple something) and if i do i get killed instantly, i destroyed 1 tank by aiming the gun where the tank turns up then after it does i get on it shoot, get off, get on shoot, get off, i used that method to kill the first but i just get owned if i try doing this with the next tank, thank god there was a checkpoint after the first 1, but yeah i need help :pray:

The tanks have been and still are getting really annoying, in the maps theres hardly any good place to hide or snipe and the guns are not as fun. I really hope Call Of Duty 6 is better than this, but we have 11 months to go... :/

I'd like the javelin even if there weren't tanks, would make a nice change to shoot someone with that rather than my usual RPG.

I'm not embarrassed to say that I like driving around in a tank with Coaxial, destroying the competition with my iron fist. :D

I notice that many of the maps feel like reskins on CoD 4 maps. Airfield is Bog, Asylum is Showdown, Dome is Killhouse.

 

 

 

A tip for 360 users: Play Semper Fi on Veteran for an easy 30G.

im so pissed off i was changing some settings around yesterday and wasnt really paying close attention and it wiped my harddrive, no more saved games or movies or trophies, i was punching myself and i went into COD multiplayer and i was so dam happy when i saw my stats had not been reset, i dont have to start over from lvl 1 :thumbup: , but i do need to play through the game again :thumbdown:

I hate betty's. :wall: I want to use bandolier or 2x grenades but because of bettys being near invisible and powerfull i have to use bomb squad. But it has saves my life probobly 200+ times.

 

At least with claymores if u were paying a tad bit of attention u could spot the red lasers unless they were placed amazingly, then they deserve to kill you.

yeah bettys are way harder to spot than claymores, ive never used bomb squad, does it just have a symbol above it like your sides bettys
