So, yeah it's good to balance skills and make them not buy-able, but this pretty much ruins hunter. everyone who already got 99 (or very high) hunter with chins is lucky and the rest are screwed.

I believe prayer is fast to level if you have a gilded altar.

 

And summon, once you have the charms for it.

BAD!!! written all over it! i was planning on getting 99 hunter but since this new update, im not so sure

I think it's a bit of both. So many people were power training to 99 range extremely quickly, so this has been reduced.

 

I'm not too happy though, because if Chinchompa prices do fall, my plan of making lots of money from 99 has gone out the window.

 

It's not too bad though, Red Chins have only dropped 10% so far, hopefully this wont increase too much. :lol:
