I thought that book was ridiculous.

 

"Did you know that someone's name is not a reflection of who they will be as a person - that it is a reflection of their parent's memories?"

 

"Did you know ghetto crack dealers that are on the lowest tier of their neighborhood's drug dealing pyramid only make chump change?"

 

Which happens to be the vast majority of drug dealers... I believe that it was the second book that went over names, and the unfortunate fact is that it is a fairly good predictor of the child's future success.

No, it's because more people are more likely to drawn attention, that and if you outran the cops, but someone in your group was caught they can easily crack under pressure and the promises of leniency.

 

2) It's actually much easier to get caught in larger establishments because they usually have higher security. You can steal from things like gas stations or smaller stores owned by big chains simply

because they have blind spots to their cameras and/or they don't always have the tag-sensing thing. There's actually a game store at our local mall that doesn't have the tag-sensing things, so it would actually be ridiculously easy to steal from there -- the only problem is that the store employees watch you all the time.

Not true, I can guarantee you most of those places put fake equipment in most of the places, and store employees can't do anything anyway.

You guys should have been at walmart when I first moved up to KC. There security thing was broken and went off on everyone, so they didn't question you. But I am not a shoplifter so I never stole anything.

That the book only tells you painfully obvious facts, but presents itself as if it's "inside information with loads of hardcore research supporting them".

 

Also, with the name thing, it's only correlation. As in people with black names such as Damius, Tyrone, or Shaniqua (*hint* black people) are more likely to be poor (because *hint* black people are generally more destitute).

I think you guys would find out if I died, although I'm not sure anyone would find out on their own. I'd like to think that you guys would notice if I disappeared, but I'm not positive you would. I do have a family member that uses the site a bit although I'm not sure they are aware of how much I'm invested in the site.

That sounds nothing like my feelings. I didn't stop finding it fun because Jagex changed, I did.

If it didn't changed I still wouldn't of found it fun. Its just I added the extra comment about the new RuneScape really being not fun compared to the old. Thats all.

What did you consider "back in the day" ?

 

It was kind of fun back in RSC (especially being really the only f2p MMO than) but than it just got garbage.

It was fun for a while, I don't know if all the changes to the game have really effect my overall opinion of RS but I simply just lost my interest in playing.

I just realized that I have no clue what I'm going to do with my lfie, and am kind of freaking out now.

 

I like elarning about this like biology, chemistry, and physics so those would work, except.... I'm a naturally forgetful and careless person, and I'll make important mistakes in labs. Also, I do hoprribly in the math invovled in physics. History inetrests me, but I have a fear of isnects and general lack of outdoorsyness. I'm a decent writer, but don't enjoy it after the first two pages.

And as far as foreign languages go, I'm hopeless.

 

On top of that, I fail miserably at making things with my hands, so anything involving art or building is out.

 

Basically, I'm clueless as to what to do with my career.

 

To add to this, I just found out that my girlfriend was scratching at a hickey I stupidly gave her, and the makeup covering it came off. Now her mom knows, and is pissed, and is telling her dad.

 

Her dad has forbidden us to even kiss, and now I'm afraid we're going to be forced to break up.
