September 22, 201114 yr Picked up SPOICE M'REEN and Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Three recent games in like three weeks is somewhat of a record for me. All worth the purchase, too, from what I've played of them (only the first mission for Deus Ex, and a couple levels of Space Marine). [spoiler=First Mission Deus Ex Question]Were the gassed hostages a kind of timed objective or does it just happen regardless? As for the gas bomb, you can either find a code, hack it, or take a third option and just shoot the containers. I was going to eat hot dogs for dinner tonight. I think I will settle for cereal. September 22, 201114 yr I want to buy Plants vs Zombies soo badly, but I don't know if I do it on the 3DS or on Steam. On one hand you get better graphics and all the patches/updates, but on the other hand you get portability, which seems great for that kind of game. Gah.. choices choices...

September 27, 201114 yr Did anyone here play Dead island?I'd like to hear if it's "worth it". Yeah, it's worth it considering i have 30 hours wrapped up in it and i've only beat it once lol.
September 27, 201114 yr Did anyone here play Dead island?I'd like to hear if it's "worth it".It's 50/50. A few bugs, level scaling enemies, generic plot, focus on melee combat. Co-op isn't too bad but it has an ingame mic that can't be muted. Special zombies arn't that creative. You're always online so unless you set it to private slots/single player, random people can join your game. To me it was ok but it got old. I pretty much powered through the last 2 acts to finish it, I was done by that point, it's a pretty long game, especially if you do a lot of the side quests. Ponies!
September 27, 201114 yr Dead island is unique and I certainly didn't find it bland whereas some users might find it a lot similar to other games. I like the fact that it has durability considering you can play as 4 separate characters with their own strengths. It's up to you though, my general recommendation is if you liked Borderlands and Fallout games you might be more inclined to like this one. Back on topic, my most recent purchase is Deus Ex: Human Revolution. I started on hardest setting and decided I can't enjoy the game when i'm getting one shot every try so I'm gonna [kitty] out and do the easy setting lol. So far i'm really liking the story and i'm only past the first quest/mission.

October 7, 201114 yr Just finished the main campaign on dissidia 012... [hide]Wow what a terrible ending. I know it's supposed to set up the original 013 campaign, but killing off Kain, Tifa, Laguna, Yuna, and Lightning like that is just unforgivable (I specifically left out Vaan... nobody cares about Vaan). I know it's not cannon, but still... Oh well I bought the game to beat other FF characters senseless with my favorite ones anyway.[/hide]
