July 5, 201114 yr Thought the quest was alright, personally think it should have been done over 2 more quests to give it a better ending, felt rather rushed to just end it, but what they did do seemed alright to me. Was hoping for Acolyte Armour, but perhaps antoher time, and soon hopefully!
July 5, 201114 yr I like the fact we had a puzzle boss, it came up a while ago in EW4 thread and many argued a boss monsters means combat while others suggested you could have a puzzle boss; this was a nice example of a puzzle boss. Also the extra runes/arrows are a god send for soloing; yes soloing is inefficient etc etc but some people enjoy it and it definitely can eat through ur ammo bind within 1 floor. When everyone tells you that your dungeoneering knowledge is just terrible and that you shouldn't talk about things you have no idea about, why continue to produce mindless ''facts'' to make yourself look like an absolute [bleep]? And yeah, unless you are pure ranging(worst combat style by far in dg) a solo med with shortbow and never pick up any arrows, you will never have any problems with ammo soloing. The only real application of this update for effective dungeoneering is that hexes never have to worry about picking up arrows, although it was a minor inconvenience at best before it. July 5, 201114 yr WOOOOOOOOOOT FINALYYYYYYYYYYYYYY after all these dung updates of "omfg more ammo" and then we realise nothing happens........ finaly this quest comes and everyones like "oh boy another lame reward" and now of all times we finaly get it@@@ with 125 sag arrows p++ i run out sometimes, aspecialy on necro solos, or if i dont pick up arrows on some bosses but now with 225 sag arrows im fairly confident i could do a whole floor without picking up arrows this is gonna take getting used to....

Seriously though, this quest didn't fit in with the series as all. What an abortion. I'm like a hot mess, but without the alcohol.
