Ginger_Warrior
They ran through the Void Knight storyline quite quickly, if I recall correctly. It's not like the old days where we used to have to wait two years for each sequel, it now seems to be much more concentrated on doing storylines at a time rather than quests at a time. | Favourite Game Music | Last.fm | HYT Friend Chat Rules |

They keep adding *new* ones :D Tbf most of the older ones have gotten a lot done - they seem to be focussing on myreque and desert atm.Dwarf and Gnome been pulled along a bit as well, Elf had at least something done. Binary Mage
Good quest, great story, great rewards. I suspect quests like these would play out better if you had the whole series to get through. You mean because we now have to wait another year or so for the sequel ? According to the frontpage post for the quest, all content from next week onwards will factor in the quest's changes to the world. I'm guessing that there won't be any more big storyline quests like this in the World Wakes series until something truly amazing happens. Of course, stuff like Wilderness Warbands next week will apparently still continue the storyline. I'm definitely very excited to see what kind of new content comes out of the post-quest world. Also as far as the new skills: [spoiler=TWW Spoilers]I think it's almost certain that the new skills will be Archaeology and Engineering. They together represent the past and future--balance. They said that the new skills would be hinted to in the quest, and with the Sixth Age Circuit I think it's safe to say that technology is growing. Since we're in the Sixth Age now, I'm guessing we may be seeing something of an industrial revolution soon enough.. Very, very excting. Also, as a Guthixian, this quest was depressing. Oh man did I cry when Guthix died. :( My lord is gone but his teachings will always be remembered. The Fallen Diviner

Randox
There have also been cases of quest lines getting tied together. Didn't they do one last year where they made a new line that tied two others together into one, or am I just being crazy? Looks good. Will be a nice way to celebrate the end of todays midterm  90 prayer is a bit of a pain in the butt for me though. The rewards will be handy though, I have some plans for a few of them. Applejuiceaj
Really enjoyed that quest - wasn't too difficult but was really well done IMO. Only requirement I didn't have for the rewards was 90 prayer - guess I'll have to claim that one whenever I get around to spending some bank on dragon bones. Quyneax
No Zamorak! Sht game.[spoiler=So what was the point]of Kharshai and the whole teaser? This is the start of an era, next week the Gods will start their war again. There's plenty of room for new lore in here. [hide]Exactly. After this, we are going to have to balance a lot of things, for example we will have to face and neutralize the various gods and Mahjarrat. Kharshai will be an ally in keeping the Mahjarrat in check, and Azzanandra will probably be fairly helpful, but the rest, mostly the gods, will be really bleeping upset that Guthix wants them gone. That said, I wonder how we're going to get a quest like Recruitment Drive or Merlin's Crystal (e.g. where you are recruited as junior member into a prestigious group) when you really are the most hyper OP and famous human walking around. We'd better start taking classes on hiding and stealth with Sliske (sign up now get free ABS).[/hide] Supporter of Zaros | Quest Cape owner since 22 may 2010 | No skills below 99 | Total level 2595 | Completionist Cape owner since 17th June 2013 | Suggestions 99 summoning (18th June 2011, previously untrimmed) | 99 farming (14th July 2011) | 99 prayer (8th September 2011) | 99 constitution (10th September 2011) | 99 dungeoneering (15th November 2011) 99 ranged (28th November 2011) | 99 attack, 99 defence, 99 strength (11th December 2011) | 99 slayer (18th December 2011) | 99 magic (22nd December 2011) | 99 construction (16th March 2012) 99 herblore (22nd March 2012) | 99 firemaking (26th March 2012) | 99 cooking (2nd July 2012) | 99 runecrafting (12th March 2012) | 99 crafting (26th August 2012) | 99 agility (19th November 2012) 99 woodcutting (22nd November 2012) | 99 fletching (31st December 2012) | 99 thieving (3rd January 2013) | 99 hunter (11th January 2013) | 99 mining (21st January 2013) | 99 fishing (21st January 2013) 99 smithing (21st January 2013) | 120 dungeoneering (17th June 2013) | 99 divination (24th November 2013) Tormented demon drops: twenty effigies, nine pairs of claws, two dragon armour slices and one elite clue | Dagannoth king drops: two dragon hatchets, two elite clues, one archer ring and one warrior ring Glacor drops: four pairs of ragefire boots, one pair of steadfast boots, six effigies, two hundred lots of Armadyl shards, three elite clues | Nex split: Torva boots | Kalphite King split: off-hand drygore mace 30/30 Shattered Heart statues completed | 16/16 Court Cases completed | 25/25 Choc Chimp Ices delivered | 500/500 Vyrewatch burned | 584/584 tasks completed | 4000/4000 chompies hunted

Sylpheed
Things are going to get interesting that's for sure. I can't help but think that Jagex have got a colossal task ahead if them though. Part of me thinks that they should have finished the Vampyre storyline and others that relate to the gods before they released TWW. It's going to be tricky having reveals like Drakan for players who have and haven't completed TWW. Also, did anyone else take pleasure in telling Saradomin to essentially go [bleep] himself? Fallstar
Awesome quest, is there any way to complete the set for Azzanadra's gift? Alg
I sided with Zaros and they now congratulate me, while the Guthixian guardians also rely on me.I'll be over here, eating my cake. It's the same if you side with Guthix. His followers welcome you as one of your own, while the two Mahjarrat basically say "Shame we couldn't agree, but we still like you and hope you'll work with us in the future" I, too, will be enjoying this cake. chenw
I went with... Azzandra, I think I like Zarosian ideology the most out of the lot (but had Armadyl not been so keen on wanting to see Guthix dead, I would have strongly considered Armadyl, considering how Kree'arra didn't just initiate combat with you as soon as it laid its eyes on you). But that Zarosian support also makes me reall REALLY want to see Sliske dead, I don't think I have ever been as shocked as that moment when he appeared with Staff of Armadyl and killed him... I personally favoured waking him so we could talk it out, but I didn't trust the Zarosians to not take the opportunity to kill him, especially when it was Sliske (the guy who famously lies about everything) who was presenting the Zarosian plan. I guess I was half-right, but the rest of the Zarosians seemed to genuinely want to avoid killing Guthix, so I feel a bit bad about that. I'm still glad Azzanadra didn't hold my choice against me, he strikes me as an honourable person. Also, Saradomin keeps on repeating the "violence is sometimes necessary to attain a greater peace" mantra far too often for me to think he actually believes it. I don't trust him to be the god of "good", I think he lost the perspective of what good really means right after the God Wars started, if he ever did.[/hide] 2 ~ W ~
