Thats bull! So this mod is sayign that i can't give a poor person 3k for free???? It is bull... Since when was that EVER a rule? If it was against the rules, why would they even let us do it in the first place? It's perfectly legal to give someone money for free, as long as you aren't circumventing the trade limit somehow. This is true. To answer the first question, yes you can do that, as long as you follow the things above in the quote, you won't get banned, and you aren't doing anything against the rules. EDIT: I don't know why the quotes won't work. -.- I tried hiding the other ones so there wouldn't be so many, and then the hides wouldn't work either. If some mod wants to fix this feel free. :P

I go to the Chaos Tunnels too, but I take a Halberd. Never have to leave, don't get hurt if you know what you're doing, and they aren't hard to safespot there anyways. It gets even easier after they aren't aggressive anymore. Can stay there for the whole task. :D

Really? I just want to be able to say: "That sucks man" "This random sucks" "It sucks that I can't say the word SUCKS" Whats so bad about it? Sure I can see how it could go bad... but as if "blows" was any better. :P It's become my alternative to "sucks," because "This isn't very fun man," just doesn't have the same effect. If they would just block basic words, and leave it at that, I'm sure we'd be fine. Really... I think the censor has been taken way to far. Otherwise? I'm fine with it. I don't feel the need to curse, and if I do? The censor will block it out for me, and if anyone needs to know what it really says? I'm sure they can figure it out on their own.

RWTing is nowhere near the level it used to be. Gold farmers were the biggest problem before, but now they can't do it. The only RWTing that I think could be going on, is one person making money on their own, and then selling that money on their own. It won't cause massive economy problems like gold farmers were, as there isn't a MASS amount of people doing these boring repetitive things day after day, bringing raw materials into the market. If they want to RWT? Fine. I hope they get caught and banned for it, but as long as it's not affecting how I play the game, then I'm not to worried about it.

People doing slayer usually use a cannon for kalphites and dagannoths. I've heard the Ice Trolls on the Fremminek Isles are good though. I think it's even possible to make a profit there. EDIT: There aren't any safe spots at Ice Trolls, as there are trolls there that use ranging. I think the method that is generally used involves using prayer.

I'd say go ahead and plant watermelons for sure. You can use them for both the experience, and you can make your own super compost out of them for free. :D You could always buy the seeds too for more experience, if your herb profits would cover that.

I agree with this. It would be really stupid of Jagex to make every update f2p, which f2p would absolutely LOVE, or so it seems. However, if that happened, EVERYONE would be f2p. P2p would be rendered obsolete. For this reason... No. You will not be getting this guild. You will not get the next quest they announce, just because it's in a f2p area. You will not get a new skill. You will not get everything that f2p is demanding they get. You already get MUCH more than you pay for.* *Which is nothing.

I think special people like admins and stuff can have theirs changed too if they want, or if they're part of the TET or something it'll say that instead.

After finally achieving 68 Summoning, I'm excited to use Bunyips for Slayer. :D However... I'm not sure I'm using them quite right. Are they supposed to be able to keep you almost fully healed for the majority of the time? Or are you supposed to bring some food to supplement yourself with, as they heal you? I'm trying them out for the first time at Nechryaels, and even with the Rapid Heal prayer on, I can't keep myself healed enough to feel safe. I only took one monkfish along, and I eventually ate that, and I'm back down to low health again. Should I be bringing more monkfish to a task to eat as I need to, along with my Bunyip? Or do I just need better defence and armour or something like that?

I don't have any personal experience, (and I didn't read the rest of this thread) but I think they can do pretty good. They say they can detect them, and autoers are hardly even around since the days of RWT. My brother (who downloads autoers... and the viruses that come with them... AND refuses to admit that he downloaded them EVEN AFTER I personally delete all the files, only to see them return some time later :wall: ) is constantly getting banned and starting new accounts and stuff like that, which leads me to believe that he is in fact being found out, and banned for it.

Yeah I think they really need to get a move on with the removal of some randoms... Molly... Pinball... I mean if they didn't happen so often I guess they wouldn't be that bad, but NO ONE likes them. They happen WAY TO OFTEN for that. I remember reading rants at one point in time, from people who had never gotten randoms like Mime and Maze and stuff, and wanted them so bad they needed to make a rant about it to vent frustration about not getting the randoms. Now we've done a 180, and we really need these randoms toned down or removed completely. I think this update should be much more important than any quests or new content in general. It's something that would make the play of almost all players better in general.

It was introduced as a money drain, and I believe they want to keep it that way. Plus, in it's own way I guess, it gives people a certain level of respect for high level Construction, because they had to have worked hard to get the kind of money needed for that high level. I think it's fine the way it is. Gives people something to spend their money on anyways. :o

I had to kill one of them for the pendant, and I thought I would get it right away. For anyone who is wondering, it's not an automatic right away type drop. You may have to kill a few before you get the pendant back.

I use my ROW on tasks where I'm ranging, or really don't need a zerker ring anyways. Also for tasks like Spirit Mages, where the good drop is somewhat common to begin with, but the ROW can't hurt. :D I really don't know whether or not it works, but it doesn't matter to me. I just like killin the monsters for slayer. :D I'm in it more for the fun than for the drops. EDIT: 1000th post!! :D

I'm not sure. I've quite a few times because of boredom, but I always eventually come back (again out of boredom :XD:.) I think it would really just be me having nothing left to do with this game. I've never tried to quit, it's always just happened. It doesn't inflict on my personal life or anything, so I think I'm good anyways.

I've had 85 slayer for a (short) while, and I have yet to get even one Abbysal Demon task. :( But yeah all the repetitive tasks aren't so fun. I'd say switch to Sumona for a bit to see how she is. I use her, and it's not so bad. I seem to get quite a few Blue Dragon tasks however. :P I don't mind though. The craft and prayer exp that comes with them is great. :D

I've been playing much more than 2 years, have never had that much money, and my highest skill is 90 HP. And by some people standards I'd say that I play a lot. There's no need to get a 99. I'd really much rather just let a 99 happen to me then set out to get one. 99's are overrated in my opinion (even though I don't have any) and really just make the game into more of a grind fest than it already is. Just play to have fun.

Yay! I love this new fullscreen option. :D I always used to use fullscreen for things only like RC or something else that required my full attention. Now I can use it for everything. :D I think I'll still use the old fullscreen option for RC and stuff though, as to lessen distractions. :thumbsup:

I personally use a Lurker and do Deaths via the Abyss. I'm trying to get 75 Runecrafting for now, and once I do that I plan on using my Giant Pouch for double Cosmics. I know that the way I do my runs isn't the fastest (and it includes a lot of walking, while everyone else is using Super Energies and Terrorbirds to continuously run.) But the way I do my runs works for me, and Runecrafting doesn't become a stressful time, trying to keep running, and bank everything as fast as possible. The only time I have to worry about how quick I am is when my familiars timer is down to it's last couple of minutes, and I want to get as much out of it as I can.

Well, I think it was common knowledge that people were blocking the ad's before, whether with a Firefox add-on, or something else. If this gets around that, then that means Jagex continues to pay for the f2p servers hopefully. If f2p didn't have ads, there would be no f2p.

This would never happen, but if it did, the game would likely be ruined for a lot of people. There wouldn't be much of a point to the game anymore. Everyone who wanted to be good in the game, would simply buy the things, and then they wouldn't get the respect they hoped to get because everyone would assume that they bought the items with IRL money. Idk if that made much sense to anyone else :XD: but my point is, no.
