It's one of the barrels next to the tea stall. Regardless, Quagsire got it first, so.... To the people who keep telling me soul split alone isn't worth it, My reason for getting this level was this... It got me half way to 99, it was cheap, i can now slay tasks with out worrying about my familiar running out and it got me my first combat level in just under a year.
