Inglorious Basterds <3

The Godfather 1,2,3. God... longest movie I've ever watched. 1st and 3rd was great. 2rd was good.

The King's Speech, Firth was absolutely brilliant in it.

I really liked it because I'm a sucker for neo-noir haha. One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest is a classic though, so good choice.

 

Ok I think I'm gonna go download it, haha I'm cheap.

 

Cuckoo's Nest was great, I wrote my final exam on it :P

I've also recently watched Mary and Max, which is an animated movie about two penpals. It was an alright movie.

Hostel, made me very uncomfortable. Probably won't watch the second one.

MY GOD... that movie... I watched like 30-45 minutes of it and turned it off. The first 20(?) minutes was basically a porno and then it was just unnecessary gore :thumbdown:

Seven Samurai. Pretty awesome. So long though, I really enjoyed it.

I watched Easy A. I enjoyed it a lot - more than I thought I would. When I first saw the trailer I didn't think I'd watch it, but I'm glad I did!

one of the greatest movies ever made. the scene where Pacino says "in my home, in my bedroom where my wife sleeps" is just incredible piece of acting. just strong. so strong.

Pulp Fiction.

 

Loved it. Very good movie. The stories all tied in awesomely.

Robin Hood.

 

It started out so well. Then it got so boring that I left. Waste of an hour an a half, and what makes it hurt so much is that it could have been epic.

Tomorrow When The War Began - I read the books when I was about 12, and they were pretty awesome. The movie was good, too. I don't think I've ever even heard of a movie that's about like that whole... aspect of Australia... not sure what to call it. ._o Usually they're all 'hurr durr we're so outback and desert and down-to-earth and stuff' or 'but look we can still pull off those whole seedy disgusting cities that the other countries have'. Never seen one that's just set in like a small town, kinda. It was pretty funny at moments too. When they first meet Chris is great, at the end everyone's just kinda staring at him and he says 'woof woof! How funny are dogs?' Just the way he says it/contrasted against the whole 'oh no everybody is dead aaaaa' was hilarious. EDIT - Also I wonder how many takes it took them for the scene where they're sitting around the campfire eating Vegemite out of the jar. I'd say it took them about an hour of torture to stop themselves from uncontrollably vomiting whenever the hideous stuff touched their tongues. D: The only good thing about Vegemite is that after eating it out of the jar you no longer fear death.

 

Aaaand Napoleon Dynamite - I couldn't watch this movie, and I'm not sure why. I found it pretty funny, but I just couldn't get interested in it. I eventually just turned it off about halfway through. D:

The Princess Bride was on, amazing how the movie is still good after 23 years.

I remember 'studying' that movie in year 7 (Yeah, you don't do much of that at all, at that point of your schooling).

Recently watched ' Unstoppable ' Pretty enjoyable.

Watched The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader in 3D yesterday.

 

This is the first movie I have ever watched in 3D, and it looked seriously awesome. I'd love to see a sequel.
