I have finished Sea Singer and Tetsu as well, and am working on Death Lotus at the moment.

I really, REALLY regret having mostly ignored scrolls since basically the start of Ports. I'm currently finishing my 3rd scroll, but had I not ignored them so much I would have a few more at least. And I have a lot of goods I want to get rid of and make bank off.

 

I hate myself.

I'm just about to hit 60 plates. Is it worth it to make superior legs, or tradeable and sell them? How much are the tradeable ones worth? ~250m net worth if it matters.

Make the Superior. Not only do trade goods take a long time to get, but the tradeable versions have crashed hard. The Superior version > some cheap cash.

what is sreet price for pop arour?

After today's update, they might go up a bit.

Ports armour is probably in the 20-30m range for a set. But I'm not sure.

 

@Newb Creator: Vampirism scrimshaws were closer to 1.6 when I sold one, about a week ago.

 

@Leik: Scrolls are plenty easy late in the Pincers. Provided you have enough scrolls to make money off surplus goods, you don't need to rush the rest really.

 

Finished all upgrades now, still waiting on Seasinger legs scrolls (have the resources) and then it's onwards to Death Lotus legs :3.

Is there supposed to be a huge difficulty spike on entering the Pincers? I'm struggling to get 70% on many missions and the combination of failures and the rarity of Pincers crew means that I can't keep up with the (surprisingly fast) difficulty increases.

Yes, because the incremental bonuses are much smaller, so you really have to max out your crew bonuses to get through.

The latest batch of Evolution of Combat updates is here! Dual wielding has been brought onto the level of two-handed weaponry in raw damage' date=' and mages can now auto-cast a different spell from each hand! Alongside the above changes, we've also switched the degrade system for the Player-Owned Ports armour sets to the one used for the armour sets available from Nex. Your top-end armour will now last much longer in battle.

Thought this change would come eventually, personally I'm glad it has!

I have finally made it to the pincers after trying to stay in the bowl as long as i could to get scrolls. In total i have 1 scrimshaw, the soup, full tetsu, almost full death lotus(missing two scrolls) So all and all it seems like a good deal i also collected trade goods in the bowl getting enough to sell 3 scrimshaws. I was making the tradable strenghth ones each sold between 2.3 and 2.5mil. I also made and sold about 170 soups from spices collected in the bowl i have 35 plate aswell, very little chi(3) and lacure(5). I think this is due to my lack of certain skills over 90. So in total 30 scrolls by trying to stay in the bowl? Success? or waste of time?
