Or you can focus on getting just the emotes, the titles and the overrides, then get Warpriest/Abilities from GWD after the event ends.

 

Or... you can just wait and see.

Come on, this is day 5/6 and you people are all assuming the event has a plateau'd renown handout.

Besides, if enough people are [bleep]ing (and it seems like there are) Jagex will "fix" it in due time.

 

I have no worries I'll get most everything by event's end and I missed day 1.

As far as collection goes, my lore personality took the collector personality and left his unconscious body in the trunk of my car. I'd rather have players restricted to picking a side and sticking with it, assuming you can get all of the faction's rewards regardless of who wins.

It actually does work now (it didn't, at all before)

 

616k for God A (leaving ability 3 in god b for now) takes 20.5333.... days

Day 21 is now when t3 opens

Then 548k for God B takes you to 38.8 days.

 

So if you have stayed with 1 god exclusively you are set now to get all rewards with ease.

 

Edit: Actually checking this out if you have swapped (so are with god b now) you can still do it in 38.8 days

Stick with God b to t3 now for 572200 and all rewards (bar t3 ability) at 22.54 days

Then do god a for 487800 and the remaining rewards at 38.8 days

If you missed 1 day block b or block c would work out fine as you'd finish at 39.8 days (1.2 days spare); but block b would be the logical choice since block c is the hybrid mess for those of us who already did the t1 swap to redeem ourselves with the new figures.

It seems intentional; if you have the title in use and then swap sides you get a chatbox message about needing a dragon token implying that until you earn the dragon token it will re-lock on swap.

while i'm sort of disappointed because i'm gonna end up having the stuff for bandos last due to the switching (and lorewise, there's really nothing to be gained in the postevent quest dialogue by having supported a dead god) PLUS the token leads to a really pointless location for the teleport, at least it's still possible?...

 

the margin should really be a bit wider, but at this point, we just have to be thankful for whatever we got, i guess

I got exactly 100 after 30k too. I wonder if that's always the case or just a coincedence.

- Sacred metal shards are now dropped via divining, healing convoy members, building and tearing down buildings.

 

I know I argued for the side of the peaceful one in the Tip.it Times, but I'm still of the opinion that these shards should only become available to you if you have PvP on...

...This is a shame, because with all of the damage scaling and buffs they gave low level players, they're probably harder. I've actually had a 160 in Bandos with a GS absolutely crush me, and when I'm fighting a 200 with tectonic/DW!Virtus, the fight tends to be much closer (Note: I'm 195 and had Ahrim/Chaotic staff both times).

 

I mean, they get stun reduction. I want stun reduction... :(
